It is our goal at Vento California to deliver not only the highest quality products but also the best service to all of our customers. We are committed to your satisfaction, all skateboards sit under a 1 year warranty. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, we will assess a return request via email within 30 days from purchase.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you discuss the request and issue a return if required. Returns will not be offered on Sale items or promotional giveaways.


You are not entitled to a refund, credit or exchange if you:


- Changed your mind, no longer want the goods or just don’t like them
- Found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price


If goods are to be returned they must be in as new condition with packaging and tags still attached.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged from ware are not considered faulty.

Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colors, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email with a subject line – FAULTY.


Receiving A Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account and will include shipping costs for the faulty items and the shipping costs for the return.


Important Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
